Plastering Diploma Level 2
Construction Award Diploma

Course Aim

This hands on course is designed to give you a broad overview of the plastering industry as well as some specialist skills in the field. It has been specifically developed for delivery in a training environment using simulated conditions that are designed to give you experience in a realistic work environment.

On the course you will achieve a Level 2 diploma in plastering.

Following this course you could progress onto a higher level course, gain employment or become self employed gathering evidence towards your NVQ Level 2 in plastering,

You need to be dedicated to succeed and not afraid to commit yourself to training and study.


Course Content 

Know the Health and safety regulations - roles and responsibilities

  • Know the accident /first aid / emergency procedures and reporting
  • Know how to identify hazards on construction sites
  • Know about health and hygiene
  • Know about safe handling of materials and equipment
  • Know about basic working platforms
  • Know how to work with electricity
  • Know how to use appropriate personal protective equipment
  • Know the fire and emergency procedures
  • Know about signs and notices

Carry out safe working practices
